To celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026), the Hanoi People’s Committee is coordinating the organization of a special art program “Under the Glorious Banner of the Party,” scheduled to take place at 8 PM at My Dinh National Stadium on the closing day of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. This large-scale art program will be elaborately staged, with fireworks being a special highlight.

According to the organizers, the highlight of the program will be a 15-minute high-altitude fireworks display, a collaboration between Sun Group, the Ministry of National Defence , the Hanoi Capital Command, and Chemical Company 21, along with a team of over 80 leading fireworks experts and technicians who designed the display site. This will be the largest fireworks display ever held in the history of fireworks shows in the capital.
Specifically, the total number of fireworks prepared for this display reached nearly 10,000 units of various types, with 100% of the funding provided by Sun Group. This included 4,600 high-altitude fireworks (almost seven times the scale of other events in Hanoi), 950 fireworks fountains, and 4,400 pyrotechnic fireworks tubes, far exceeding the usual scale seen at a single fireworks display.
Previously, the first time Hanoi residents enjoyed a combined high-altitude and pyrotechnic fireworks display was during the 2026 New Year’s Day celebration, with a firing site at Hoan Kiem Lake featuring 700 high-altitude fireworks at each location, 60 low-altitude fireworks displays, and many other pyrotechnic displays.

According to a representative from Sun Group, the difference in this fireworks display lies not only in its scale and quantity but also in its artistic presentation. Experts say the fireworks effects will blend with the music to create a spectacular symphony of light. Thousands of fireworks are programmed with high precision, synchronized to the music every second.
Against the backdrop of songs about the country and people of Vietnam, dazzling fireworks burst forth in rhythm like a majestic symphony, igniting aspirations for innovation and development. This portrays the image of a strong and resilient Vietnam entering a new era, where the Party continues to guide and lead the great national unity in the spirit of: Unity and Trust; Discipline and Breakthrough; Development for the people and through knowledge.
“For the first time, the pyrotechnic fireworks display will be installed directly on the rooftop and on both sides of Stand B of My Dinh Stadium, following the arc-shaped terrain. Meanwhile, the high-altitude fireworks display will be arranged to strictly adhere to technical, safety, and aesthetic requirements, thereby optimizing viewing angles, coverage, and spread effects, providing the highest artistic experience,” – a representative from Sun Group emphasized.

In addition to the spectacular fireworks display at the end of the show, the organizers announced that pyrotechnic fireworks will be integrated into the performances, coordinating seamlessly with lighting effects, lasers, and music to create rhythm, emotional climaxes, and a multi-dimensional performance space.
With its brand associated with 13 seasons of the spectacular Da Nang International Fireworks Festival – DIFF, and captivating artistic fireworks displays at destinations such as Phu Quoc, Da Nang, and Cat Ba…, Sun Group promises to deliver a breathtaking fireworks show for the people of Hanoi, contributing to honoring the significance and stature of this important political event of the country.

The special art program “Under the Glorious Banner of the Party” is expected to attract approximately 15,000 delegates and guests, and will be broadcast live on VTV1 of Vietnam Television and other digital platforms.
With three chapters: Epic Songs Under the Party Flag; With the Party, Complete Trust and Love; Under the Glorious Banner of the Party, artistic performances will be presented by leading Vietnamese singers, while also applying 3D Mapping technology, a multi-layered stage with a modern mobile LED system of over 3000 m2… An artistic fireworks display will be the closing act of the program.
