The project is being developed on a site spanning over 38,600 m2, encompassing all the necessary functions to serve commercial, residential, and cultural needs on an international scale and standard. 
The main components include: A Hotel Block with a 42-story tower and approximately 450 ultra-luxury 5-star standard rooms. A Class A Office Block: A 24-story tower providing nearly 28,600 m2 of modern workspace. A Convention Center & Amenities: Spanning over 15,300 m2, accommodating large-scale economic and social events. A cultural highlight within the project is a private art museum, creating a unique artistic space for the area.
